The Fayetteville Public Library is partnering with INTERFORM & Bxmbi to host the season 2 finale of the monthly open-mic night, From the Concrete, featuring Jasper Logan and Baang. These events allow attendees a chance to showcase their talents as well as a chance to share the stage with more established performers. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for food and drink, with open-mic performances starting promptly at 6 p.m.
**Strong language may be used and mature topics may be addressed.
Participation
This event is free and open to everyone, but if you would like to perform during the open-mic section, you will need to complete a signup form. Instruments are welcome, but this is designed for solo performers. No bands, please. Performances should be about 5 minutes long and all A/V requirements should be sent to preston@interform.art.
Emcee/Performers
- Bxmbi is a writer, musician, and event producer from Memphis, TN. Formerly the programming coordinator at INTERFORM, Bxmbi’s love for the arts and self-expression has led him to create new opportunities for creatives across the region.
- Jasper Logan is a hip-hop artist in Fayetteville. He makes music about his life, what he feels, and about what he hopes to see in the world. You can follow him online here.
- Baang is a lifelong Arkansan with a love for words and storytelling. He is a creative who strives to inspire others. You can follow him online here.
