Books & Brews

Book clubs pair well with frosty craft beers.  Fayetteville Public Library and Core Brewing Company have joined forces to present the Books & Brews book club on Tuesday, August 1st at 6:00 pm.  The first Tuesday of each month, drop by Core Brewing Company at 3671 N. Mall Avenue for facinating book discussions, led by FPL librarians.

Books & Brews will discuss a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction titles.  From bestselling authors to classics, these selections are a fun way to expand your reading horizons.  This month's selection is Fun Home by Alison Bechdel, a graphic memoir focusing on the author's childhood in rural Pennsylvania and her relationship with her father. Copies of the book are available at the library's checkout desk in the lobby.

Upcoming discussion:

Tuesday, September 5th discussion about The Book of Unknown Americans by Cristina  Henriquez

Support for Fayetteville Public Library is provided, in part, by the Arkansas Arts Council, an agency of the Department of Arkansas Heritage, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
