July 9: Boss Tweeds

Part rockabilly, part 50s rhythm and blues, and 100 percent rock, these guys are making a name for themselves with their high octane live shows. Channeling the spirit of Elvis, Buddy Holly, Bo Didley and even Arkansas's own wild man Ronnie Hawkins, a Boss Tweeds live show has all the sweat and fervor of a country revival meeting gone nuclear.

Upcoming concerts:

July 16: Sky City

From Jonesboro, Arkansas, this cosmic Americana band is hitting its stride with a talented group of musicians able to seamlessly swerve from honky-tonk to rock 'n' roll, from blues to low-down and greasy. In 2014, they released their debut recording, "Nudie Suite Ep," initially conceived as a tip-of-the-hat to the late, great Gram Parsons.

July 23: The Odds

Having performed in the local music scene for many years, The Odds play a mix of originals and eclectic covers and have been described as a cross between Widespread Panic and Steely Dan.

July 30 Arkansauce

Arkansauce is a genre-hopping four-piece string band from Northwest Arkansas that is bending the rules and blurring the lines between bluegrass, newgrass, folk, Americana and country. With a loyal following, the band relies on a hard-driving sound punctuated with improvisational guitar, banjo and mandolin leads, powerful harmonies and heartfelt lyrics.
