Bike Fayetteville and the City of Fayetteville Present: Introduction to Bicycling for Adults

This 90 minute class offers a welcoming and engaging educational experience for people interested riding bicycles. If you are interested in riding for fitness, fun or looking to start commuting by bike this class will help you make bicycling a part of your lifestyle. In this class you will learn about the many benefits of biking and get hands-on experience with different styles of bicycle equipment associated with the various types of riding. This class will also cover basic safety topics such as helmet fitting, proper braking, shifting and how to properly share trail as well as the road.

The goal of the program is to grow the number of people safely biking in Fayetteville through encouragement and by giving people the skills and knowledge that they will need to confidently begin riding a bicycle.  Must be 18 years of age, or older.

 Dane Eifling is the Bicycle Programs Coordinator for the City of Fayetteville Arkansas and a League of American Bicyclists, Certified Instructor.
